This place has been phenomenal in customer service. Not only did I have to buy a phone in a pinch- they made sure my phone number was transferred,restored from backup, and I had enough charge before I left. (I asked for help and they were more than willing to do so) And when I had a follow up issue - they resolved that with courtesy immediately.

If you need or want something on your trip (Alaska cruise stop for me) - go ahead and just buy it here.

My experience here was far better than any big box retailer I could have gone to.

He was supposed to fix my screen and put a screen protector. He did the worst job I've ever seen. The screen is so cheap that you can see white pixels, the touch is awful and can't even recognize my fingers prints, he didn't even seal it properly and he changed the screen but forgot to connect the smar pen, front camera, microphone I can keep going with all the troubles I have to afford since I trustedt in this store. Unfortunately for me, I had to travel and can not just go back to complain for it and just leave Alaska with a bitter taste in my mouth 🙃

I bought an iPhone here last year with a description like new, the screen seal was still attached so I couldn't check the condition of the phone. After a few days of use, the flash didn't work, and after 1 month of use, the power button was broken, and after a few days it couldn't be charged. The description indicated that the battery was not recognized or was fake. I paid a fairly expensive price for a condition like that. Quite disappointed. So be careful buying...
