Sabrina is the only person I trust to touch my hair! I often come in with many different ideas, or none at all, and she always makes sure to ask me the right questions and be honest with what my hair will look like. I started getting my hair cut and colored with Sabrina in middle school and 12 (omg) years later have yet to consider anybody else! The few times I’ve had to get my hair done out of state, I’ve always been back to alaska within weeks to have her redo it. Sabrina makes sure to consider my lifestyle and schedule when discussing hair coloring and cuts, making sure to give me styles that stay fresh a few months without seeing her when she knows I’ll be unable to return from school for longer then normal. She has always made my hair appointments about so much more then hair- she’s prepared me for my biggest life moments and so many “first day of”‘s. Her goal is my happiness with my appearance, I’ve never felt like it was about money or time. Our appointments now are more like catching up with a longtime friend and confidant. I can genuinely say I wouldn’t have the confidence in myself I have today if it wasn’t for meeting her all those years ago. I just had the most incredible experience with Salon Demetri, and I can’t thank Sabrina Kern, the owner and my beauty fairy godmother, enough! This past weekend, I competed in my very first beauty pageant—and I’m so proud to say I placed as Third Runner-Up in my division.

From the moment I walked into the salon, Sabrina made me feel like a queen. She brought my vision to life with such talent, care, and passion. She didn’t just help me look beautiful—she helped me feel beautiful, confident, and ready to shine on that stage. Her artistry and encouragement were a huge part of what gave me the confidence to walk tall and own every moment.

This is the first salon that I've ever gone back to over and over. The setting is comfortable and the women who work there are very easygoing, friendly and personable.

Sabrina works magic with her haircuts, styling. Since I've been going to her regularly, my hair is growing long and healthy. She somehow knows with a little snip here and a snip there how to take away or hide those annoying little pieces that have driven me to cutting it off again and again for the last 20 years!

The hair extensions I tried were beautiful and other than the sudden amazing length and fullness they were undetectable, even wet, upside down, in a pony tail or braided. When I had them removed, my hair showed no signs of damage. She uses quality hair and products. If the hair wasn't so pricey I'd have extensions year round.
