Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Waited half an hour before I bailed. I saw five or six other bail as well. I had to wait for two cars behind me to back out and leave because once you’re in the line and someone is behind you, you’re stuck. There were at least six cars ahead of me and non of our order were even taken yet when I decided to get out of there. I imagine it would have been at least another half hour or twenty minutes. Who has time for that?? The line was NOT long compared to other DutchBros around town. I have not had a bad experience at any other location like this. I’m sure the kids inside are working hard but...

So today I went To Dutch Bros clearly and I asked for a watermelon raspberry Rebel with light ice and the woman that took my order complain because I told her i ordered light ice and she filled up the whole cup with ice and so I asked her to remake it, and she hand me a cup with the drink, but it’s only filled halfway I should’ve just asked for a refund I don’t recommend going here. They have snotty attitudes they don’t like their job. I don’t understand why they work here other Dutch Bros. They’re nice they ask you how your day is I’m clearly not gonna go...

First and LAST time ever coming here. Right when we got there the dude at the drive thru window didn’t even greet us nicely. Showed zero professionalism when taking the order. As well as complaining and judging the drinks customers be ordering with other coworkers. Loud enough for us to hear. The girl making the drinks had asked what toppings the drinks had (soft top) and after hearing that.. she rolled her eyes. Literally didn’t feel welcomed at all. Need better staff who aren’t disrespectful and unwelcoming...
