I fell down on my luck, and went through a real hard time in my life that left me and my wife homeless. To top it off my wife injured herself where she cannot walk. We used to camp out close to the shop, and I honestly was afraid the people in the jewerly repair shop would have the police harass us and have us ran off. To my surprise they helped me out with everything from food to helping me find work. They never judged me nor did they ever make me feel uncomfortable. That was a couple years ago and since I've known them, they NEVER EVER TREATED A CUSTOMER UNFAIRLY! If something was not done correctly they MADE sure it was done right. Chuck and Joan have a lot of patience and I don't buy that review where the guy said he got threatened to be thrown through a window when he complained of a repair not being done right. (Why not tell the truth dude what did you try to pull, or what did you do to escalate it to that level? And that police report you said you filed is non-existant quit lying dude!!) JEWERLY REPAIR FOLKS WILL DO YOU RIGHT JUST SEE FOR YOURSELF AND SEE FACEBOOK...
Read moreHonestly very disheartened with how I was treated. Dropped off bracelets 7/10 with promise date of 9/10. Never received a phone call that my things were ready (had to call them to confirm). Drove up here twice last week to find them closed even though Google said they’d be open. Today I call before to make sure my things are ready and she let me know they are and that they were closed for a family emergency (which I totally understand). Once arriving I simply just asked is there any way I can get even a small discount for my things being two weeks late, the lady goes to ask the main guy. He audibly gets angry and says “I don’t give a shit, it’s not my problem she drove up here twice.” To which I simply said I’m happy to pay the full price I was genuinely just wondering. She took off 11$ in tax which I’m grateful for. Sadly I will not be returning because I don’t think I deserved that. However my bracelets are fixed and look beautiful. Sad because this placed comes highly recommended. I’d rather spend my...
Read moreI had two rings that needed to be resized, and I wanted some charms on an anklet to be on a necklace chain instead. I was warned that there was a longer wait time (about two months), and I heard back from them a week after my expected pickup date. The ring resizing was fine, but when I received the necklace, after a closer look, they had only attached small chains on both sides of the original anklet and left it as is. I was disappointed because I stated that I wanted the charms to be transferred onto a 16 inch necklace chain with a 2 inch extender but was left with this. The extender of the original anklet is just left hanging. After two months of waiting,...
