He's as racist as the south can get!!! Is he from HERE?!?!?! Does NOT like hispanics! I had an alram and GPS system installed on my car here. Upon inspection of completed work, exposed wires were dangling from underneath the dash and my foot got tangled on them and I couldnt engage my clutch after leaving the shop. Components were not installed where I had requested... Extra parts that were part of the installation kit that were not used in my install were not provided to me. I'm assuming that Mesa Radio keeps these extra parts which is not ethical... Its like DOUBLE CHARGING!!!!... Once i got home my car would NOT arm with provided alarm remote. I popped the hood to look for the problem and i found several exposed loose wires not fastened properly, dangling centimeters away from my serpentine belt. I PANICKED and called my mechanic. My mechanic asked me if I installed this wiring and I told him no Mesa did! I called Mesa Radio and advised them of the problem and they told me that his shop does not install wires like that they must be something else. I told him that no one else has touch this car because its less than a year old. Obviously the owner does not have quality control :( He told me He could NOT do nothing for me and all sales final... In conclusion poor horrible, unethincal, deceiving, mantpulative, customer service via the Owner himself! Mesa Radio did not go over product features after the install, he just handed over the keys and said goodbye and mentioned the manual is in the glove box. I asked if he could go over the feautes with me and he said he was busy with a customer inside (they were non hispanic). I do not do well under hostile racist environments, I decided to take my used pieced together products that I have purchased at Mesa Radio "i.e open box re-used components" and have another shop fix Mesa Radio mistakes. Why is it so hard to find good customer service in Albuquerque. DO NOT BUY YOURSELF OR LOVED ONES A PRODUCT AT THIS HOLE IN THE WALL CON SHOP! ...
Read moreThis place has horrible customer service. Unfortunately, when I picked up my car after having an alpine radio placed there was multiple lights on my dashboard. Mike attempted to figure out what was wrong but ended up having to put my old radio back in and refunded the alpine radio but all the check engine lights were still on. He stated it was nothing they did and didn’t want to offer to pay to have it fixed unless we could prove it. He didn’t attempt to call to check in on his mistake at all and it took the dealership 3 weeks to figure it out. The dealership found that a wire in my gauge cluster had gotten pinched and I had to replace the gauge cluster for $2400. When my alpine radio was installed there was a microphone wire ran near the gauge cluster. Mike had let me know that the USB port would not work once the alpine radio was placed but did not fix the USB to work when replacing the old radio so I had to pay for that as well. My car was a 2021 and Toyota reported they had not had this issue with a gauge cluster in over 10 years so knowing the wire for the microphone was ran near the gauge cluster it was likely the cause of the wire getting pinched. Mike stated that to put in the radio microphone for the alpine radio they had to lift trim near the gauge cluster but that they didn’t mess up the gauge cluster. Mike did not offer to compensate for the bill and stated it was not their fault. My fiancée called to let Mike know he had left the USB broken. When he did the employee hung up on him. When I called the employee Ronnie stated that he hung up on my fiancée because this wasn’t his problem. This place has horrible customer service and doesn’t want to own up to mistakes. It sucks because I really enjoy supporting local business but I would never take your car here despite the other reviews. If something goes wrong Mike might refuse to help pay a large bill and his employees may be rude in the processes of trying to...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. Would not recommend anyone taking a vehicle they care about to this radio shop. Took our 21 4Runner in to get a new head unit, mind you The car ran completely fine, gave it back to us with the gauge cluster looking like a Christmas tree every single light was on. Check engine light traction control lights crawl control lights You name the light and it was on. Turns out when they pop the gauge cluster off they messed up some wires and we had to buy a whole new gauge cluster. Also broke the USB in the car. When called to tell him that said it was in his fault, then preceded to just hang up on me when I call again. I wouldn't touch the shop with a 10-ft pole, business owner runs a shady practice and won't admit fault. If you're looking for a good radio place this is 100% not the place. Owner Mike, wouldn't even return calls, and now we're $7,000 out of pocket because they attempted to put a radio in. I will not recommend this place to my worst enemy, the owner Mike needs to learn how to run a good business because that's not...
