They are continuously giving me the run around regarding the items I ordered. At one point, a representative of theirs guaranteed that my order would arrive by a certain date; that never happened. After more than 2 weeks, I am still waiting! Funny this is, I have another vendor who I order pool supplies from as well and they are located out of state, but I received the supplies I ordered from the outside vendor in a matter of 3 days! Finally, I have called Leslie's multiple of times to follow-up on the status of my order. Every time I have called, they say that my order has not been processed because 1.) They are short staffed. 2.) The people shipping our supplies has not came by to pick-up the package of items. 3.) They are waiting to see if the delivery man will have time to deliver our order. I have also left my contact information with Leslie's and they always fail to return my call even though they say they will. More than likely, I will call their office again today and I will not be surprised if they have another excuse as to why my order has not...

When in fact they never opened it up, because there was a screw that couldnāt be released. But first of all after calling every other day to check on the unit and being on hold for over 30 minutes at them never getting back was very rude. I donāt know how they stay in business because when I went over there I had to stand in line and then they were helping other people and ignoring me. They apparently knew who I was and didnāt want to address the question of our Polaris pool cleaner. They apparently told me it was repaired when in fact it was not. I brought it back home, got on YouTube, got the special tool to open up the unit and Iām working on it myself. Donāt waste your time and your money with Leslieās...

But the worker that was there yesterday, 10/1/2016, is rude and lazy. I bought an item that was marked at about $14.50 - which is about twice of what it should be. When she rang it up she charged me about $1.50 over the marked price. When I pointed this out to her and asked for the difference back, she acted totally put out and made me wait until she took care of every other customer in the store. I will drive across town or wait for an online delivery for a couple days before I ever step foot in this...
