Lowe's Corner Market — Local services in Albuquerque

11/2/23 update. Lowe’s employees keep adding shopping carts to our street. These carts showed up on our street this morning. They keep moving trash from the alley onto the neighborhood street behind their store. Lowe’s has no respect for the neighborhood! And they don’t care about throwing the trash into the dumpster, they rather push the responsibility onto the neighborhood.

Over priced items for low quality food products. Don’t shop here! They also have a very small selection of healthy foods as well —and you guessed it, it’s also way over priced. Whole Foods is cheaper than this grocery store, and they have higher quality foods. Furthermore, for a solid week their employees were dumping their trash from their alley way on our sidewalk (the neighborhood behind the grocery store). When I asked them to stop putting their trash on our side walk, they said it wasn’t their trash, that someone left it in the alley way (they use this alley way for deliveries and loading/unloading). I then said, that if it’s in the alley they should throw it way, don’t dump it on our sidewalks in front of our house! The alley way is their responsibility, even if it isn’t their trash. This store and their employees to have no regard for their neighborhood they serve. After I said this, they took the trash and piled it next to our neighborhood dumpster, they didn’t even try to put it in the dumpster. They also have their own grocery store dumpster, they should have used their own trash bin. Again, they have could care less about the neighborhood or their customers. Rude. The Lowes employees are very rude and disrespectful of the neighborhood.

2 hours later a person from the neighborhood put the trash next to the Lowe’s trash bin, then a short while after I saw a Lowe’s employee put one of trash carts back in the street (not even on the curb!) and another trash cart on the sidewalk! I saw this employee do this and asked if he could just throw it away, and he said “no, it’s not my trash”. Their employees keep putting alley way trash on our sidewalks and on our street. Lowe’s store, you all need to just put the trash in a garbage bin if it’s in the alley and in your way. Please. Thank you.

When people leave trash on our street, we throw it away, so please if someone leaves trash in your alley, and you need to get your store trucks through there, please dispose of it correctly. 1-Star Review: Extremely Poor Experience at Lowes Grocery Store (12th St & Lomas, Albuquerque) I'm appalled & disappointed by the consistent rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed by staff members, including managers, at this Lowes Grocery Store location.

On multiple occasions, I've experienced harassment and discriminatory behavior from a male employee who follows me and my family around the store, making us feel uncomfortable and profiled. This behavior is unacceptable and racist.

The employee's actions are not only unprofessional but also make us feel like we're being accused of shoplifting. I've witnessed him follow my granddaughters around the store, which raises serious concerns about his intentions.

Furthermore, I've experienced other incidents of rudeness and unprofessionalism from staff members, including a store manager. The lack of respect and courtesy displayed by employees is staggering.

To add insult to injury, the quality of fresh produce, such as strawberries, is consistently poor.

I'm taking my business elsewhere and will be contacting corporate to report these incidents. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect and disdain.

Agree with the others. Customer service is awful. I called this morning because the meat I bought was spoiled. The person that answered the phone was Charles, the store manager. Over the phone he told me if I didn't have a receipt he wouldn't do a return which wasn't a problem because all I wanted was a Exchange. Then I get to the store I wait in line with my children for a very long time, when I get to the register Charles looks over the meat and the first thing he says is yeah we can't give you a refund for that. I then say that's fine I just wanted to get an exchange, he glances over the totals of all the meats that I bought and says yeah it's about 30 bucks worth go get what you need. So then I go and get the meat from the back and have to stand in line once again for a very long time. When I get to the front register he make sure to take out a calculator to see how much the meat that I bought was worth (he didn't do this for the meat I brought in, which I thought was weird) Not once did he apologize for what was the stores mistake, he acted like it was my fault.
