Tuesday night was pizza night. So we ordered onli n enjoy for the Lg pizza and wings deal. Placed my order at 8:33 pm. Ordered a pepperoni and ham pizza with a side of bone out wings. I was getting off work at 9 but got out a little early and headed home, I love about 10 minstrel from home. The estimated time of arrival for my order was 9:03 pm. Was getting close to home to 8:59. The driver caked and said he was outside, I got home, meet him at the front door n got my order. Got settled and ready for dinner, but when I opened up the bowl of wings I was surprised. There was about 4 good size boneless wings and the rest looked like crumbs of batter with drops of sauce on them. Then there was the Cajun fries that was looked pathetic, was cold n looked like it was sitting for a few hours. Finally the main course, the lg pizza was lukewarm n had cheese that was not completely melted n tasted awful. It also looked like a med instead of a large. I called and spoke with Ramon the "manager," who reviewed my order for about 6 minstrel, got back on the phone and offered to send a new "fresh" pizza or store credit. I opted for the store credit and asked if it is redeemable at other locations as I will no longer order from this location (pizza Hut on Lomas n 7th st). We order online earlier in the day because the lady told us she couldn’t get what we wanted so we placed our order online and called an hour later and they said they didn’t get it! Then had to wait another hour to get our food! Then in the evening we got wings since it was wing Wednesday we ordered 48 piece wings, and then we got a text on our phone saying our delivery is on our way so we waited for an hour and finally called and Gloria said then we would have to wait already another hour because they only have on delivery guy so an hour and half later the delivery guy shows up and we look at our wings and there is barely any sauce,there was sauce on probably 5 wings in each box! Read moreNo customer service. I walked in to place an order to go. The cashier helps the customer in front of me, then I get to the counter. I ask if I can place an order to go. He says yes. Then he starts doing other stuff and chatting with his co-workers.
I stand there, waiting for him to come back to taking my order. He doesn't. Finally I say that I'll try an other location and start to leave. The guy just rolls his eyes and ignores me. I then say, "It's not polite to ask if you can help me, tell me that you can take my order and then start doing other stuff instead of taking my order."
He starts his attitude saying, "Well, I'm sorry I have other stuff to do!"
Right, but when you're helping a customer, shouldn't you focus on that instead of chatting with co-workers?
He says, "Yeah, we're closed to carry out orders."
Okay, that's fine. But why tell me you can take more order? Why not just say, "We're closed."
Why is it that you want me to wait 5 minutes in your store if you're closed?
