Weigel's — Local services in Alcoa

Today is January 16, 2024 the last day or so it has been snowing. Literally everybody is closed and shut down except for a few gas stations. I came in and got gas this morning, and there were two people working behind the counter (1 Male, 1 Female) And another female working in the kitchen. Mayo walked out during a little busy rush stating he needed a “Mental Health Day” which left one woman behind the counter, and one woman in the kitchen these two have been just Slaying it all day, both deserve a raise. You know there’s lines that were starting to pick up at lunchtime with employees from Alcoa Denzel and everybody coming in and there’s two people and by the grace of God everybody was understanding except for a few rotten customers but literally nothing else is or was open food wise So you can imagine how busy they are, and just hats off to the women are working back there in the kitchen is just a one-man team rocking out pizza after pizza after pizza! 🍕 Thank you to both of you who went above and beyond on...

Someone needs to remind the manager that he needs to avoid trying to micromanage the customers. He can micromanage his employees if he wants, he can tell them what to do, but the only thing I should be hearing from any customer service representative from any company is how can I help you and thank you for your business. I don’t want any directions on what I should be doing or how I should be acting when I’m minding my own business trying to get to work in the morning!! All this came after the cashier that checked me out, held back my bag from me until the receipt was printed, making me feel like she thought I was about to run off with the food I was purchasing. I come here all the time I work 3rd shift and the people who work there in the morning need to get it together when I first started coming here they always had the hot food out and ready even the tenders were fully stocked now for the past several months it's almost never there or it's just pizza and even barley that it's crazy I just got done with 10 hour shift in a factory im worn out and starving I just want some hot food that isn't pizza I saw the two cooks standing behind the counter just talking not doing anything but that please bring back that standard every body deserves to get some food whether they're getting off work or going to it what's the point in being a convenience store if I can't conveniently get the stuff I'd usually...
