I don’t we planning on eating here every day as I just started work in the same parking lot. I ordered online a 12ft sandwich, and foot long dorito nachos. I wait the time it takes for my order to be ready. I call the store to make sure it’s ready as I’m not even supposed to leave work, call goes straight to voicemail. So I take the risk of going to get my food. I get there and they don’t speak a lick of English. Two young Latina ladies. They’re saying they have no Doritos, I look behind me and see an entire rack of Doritos in the chip shelf. But I assume they can’t use those and say, it’s ok, can I just get a refund. They say no, and also say they can only make a 6inch sandwich. At this point I was super confused, bc what’s stopping you from making a footlong sandwich that I ordered. Was it bc the bread wasn’t in stock? If so then why not ask me if another bread is okay. Was it another ingredient? It made no sense they could only make me a 6inch, no dorito nachos, and not give me a refund. They see in visibly confused, so they ask a bilingual customer to translate. I tell the guy I want a refund if my food isn’t ready. He tells them and they’re like okay. Every piece of communication with the bilingual was everything I was trying to do. So obviously it was just a language barrier. But at that point you couldn’t have asked if I wanted to hear a solution of theirs? So now I’m starving at work about to order Buffalo Wild Wings or 7spice.
These girls did not CARE about the issue and was on their phones when I walked in and took them a while to even greet me. The customer industry is not their strong suit. First and last time going there unless manager takes care of...

Placed an order on the app, and it was a mistake! The sandwiches were so skimped out that the rotisserie chicken sandwich barely had any meat. I literally had to dig to see if there was any meat in there because it looked like it was nothing but veggies. The all pro chicken teriyaki sandwich was so slim, and I looked like they didn't even put cheese in there they barely but anything in there. I will not be ordering from this location ever. This subway is consistently out of items throughout the week. Monday is their refill day and by wednesday they’re out of white bread. Coco has the worst management experience I have ever come across.
Today I ordered a footlong online. Typically Roxanna or the younger hispanic girl will do it right. When I brought the footlong home, there was almost no chicken on the footlong.
