I just cannot say enough great things about Whataburger. Their food great, service great and prices great! That’s all anyone could ask of a business fair price for good food served with a smile! However Whataburger sets itself apart everyday by setting the standards for other similar businesses to follow. They not only care about their customers but they also care about the well being of their employees! For instance I stop quite regularly at the Tomball Whataburger for breakfast. One morning I went in placed my order only to find I had left my wallet at the house. I told the lady waiting on me to cancel my order and why. She refused to cancel my order and promoted it out. I told her I would come back to pay her for it and she said no don’t worry about it. As I was sitting there eating the manager came by to ask how things were. I told him everything was fine and thanked him for their kindness. His response a man has got to eat. I went back the next day to pay them however they wouldn’t take my money. Another case is when hurricane Harvey came through devastating the HOUSTON area. After the skies cleared Whataburger closed its stores in the Houston market not because they had to but they closed for two weeks to make sure all their employees were okay and helped them get things back in order. ...
Read morePls tell your helper (the young white kid with glasses) when he comes out with food to give to customer....pls tell him to look for orange and white number on table that matches the order he has. What he did instead he went and asked the homeless guy with braids, sitting at a table (with no number, receipt or anything) if he was #29 and of course the homeless guy said YES and gives it to him. Good thing he then turned in my direction and I pointed at my number, so then he takes the order from guy and brings it over here and now suddenly he wants to look at my receipt and double/triple-check...when he should've started by at least looking for a number first. And btw, how did he not know the other guy was a little bit "off"..he came in and out about 5 times just whiIe I was there...and was talking to himself and making annoying noises. In fact when the food was taken from him and brought over to me, now the homeless guy was looking at me crazy...like I did that. Thought he was going to wait for me outside of something ...so yeah, I "enjoyed" my lunch at...
Read moreSLOW!!! The term "fast" food does not apply here. How long does it take to fix a hamburger? Or chicken? I don't understand how you don't have any food started and you don't start fixing it until it's ordered... But it arrives to your customer at room temperature. It should NOT take an hour to go through a drive thru. Your staff doesn't seem to care. When I ask a question, I get snapped at. It's not the customer's fault that your management doesn't schedule more people at night... When you're at one of your busiest times. You know you're one of the only places open, with 13 cars sitting in your drive thru... And it looks like you're running the entire operation with three employees. If there's more than that, they must be on break. Whataburger is one of my favorite "fast food" restaurants... Unless it's at night.. Or lunch... Or dinner.. Or anytime you're busy. People who get an hour lunch break can't go here for lunch because it takes MORE THAN AN HOUR JUST TO GET THE FOOD! Come on,...
