Taco Bell — Restaurant in Aldine

My son and I went to the Taco Bell yesterday after work . We went in and stood for about 4 mins. Another person came in Hispanic person. So we are standing for about 3 more minutes. Then the employee from behind comes and goes out from behind and asks the guy behind us what he had. So I said, wait, what we were here first. But he helps the guy first then . He said, "What do ya'll want. And go to the kiosk behind us. I was like, I want to order at the counter. He was like naw you have to order from here." So I was like let's go, then I come back in and ask for the manager. He runs behind in the kitchen. Then she came out, and I told her what happened about him being rude. So she likes you to order from ignoring the rudeness from the employee, so I ask for the district manager number. She refused. So I asked for her name, and she said marie I said marie, who she says torres I didn't believe her. Because you refused to give me the number for the district manager. She never asked to take an order or anything. Very rude stablishment, no customer service unless...

It's always something at this taco bell here, one night i came with my husband and children and were waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, we were planing what we wre going to get, for then the lady to take our order tell us they are not taking cash, card only. Waiting in line for 20 minutes to tell us that, but she had came on the speaker earlier to tell us to hold on and give her a minute. Next night we come, i want to order a power bowl, and they say they run out of black beans, i had to change to a chicken quesadilla. What is wrong with these people here. I will never come back!!!!!! This the worst taco bell i ever been to. I order 20 dollars of food and paid extra for stake.. I didnt even get much stake i had more lettce and cheese in my tacos then meat.. It basically was a veggie taco.on top of that i found hair an a roch in my food.. I asked for a refund the short Hispanic manager with the 90's man cut with the draw on eyebrows didnt want to give me my money back. She only want to give me a refund for the stake meat.which was 3.75. I wanted my whole refund my 20 dollars back now i got salmonella poisoning..and no refund.and top it off the Hispanic manager was racist. If any one reads this i hope yall dont go there. Beware and...
