I’ve had the WORST experience. Do NOT use this post office for package deliveries. Their customer service is HORRIBLE and ridiculous they are so unprofessional and have the worst attitude. From the delivery driver to the person that handles investigations on complaints. I had an incident happen where the employee came inside my property and banged on my door like it was the police and was so rude basically accusing me that I had a package that was wrongfully delivered to my house. Then proceeds to walk away when I tell her I don’t know of any package and trying to figure out what’s she’s talking about, then comes back and threatens me that her supervisor and the phone was saying the USPS police will be coming to my home, which I responded send them I don’t have a package, she rolled her eyes and walked away while telling her supervisor on the phone in a sarcastic tone that I told her to send them. Then she proceeds to again accuse me when the neighbor walked up to ask about the status on her package. Keep in mind I never received this package, my gate was closed all day and when I got home I checked my mail ( I had two letters) picked those up went inside and left to pick up my son from school and left my gate open, which I normally do not do. At no point did I see any package but at the same time I wasn’t looking for anything since I wasn’t expecting anything. Did they even consider that depending on where this was left someone walking could have picked it up if it was really left at my house? Because who can honestly know if that is the truth, what if they kept it themselves and are just trying to blame it on someone?! Well turns out since they allegedly left it at my address and just because they say so that means I must have it and they do not want to hear what I have to say or even properly investigate the situation. When the investigator Ms. White called me she already had her mind made up on the situation and basically accused me again. I’m very disappointed that they feel like they have the right to talk to anyone and treat anyone the way they want and feel like they can come to someone’s house and accuse and threaten them. Now my neighbor has the impression that I steal packages when I don’t even know if this package was really left in my house. I hope my neighbor gets a resolution for her missing package and I really hope someone does a proper investigation because this is ridiculous. Train your employees better. Read moreThis location has HORRIBLE customer service. I came into this location this morning to shop off a few packages. As I sat my items on the counter for the employee ( Kelli) to get them and scan them as I always do because I’m always coming to this Post Office, and has been coming here for the last 7-8 months. This particular USPS worker name ( Kelli)was sitting in a chair totally ignoring me because she was more interested in the conversation she was having with another employee, and refused to stand up and grab the boxes. She advised me to put my items behind her protective screen glass because she didn’t want to stand up. Putting my life as well as hers in danger due to Covid-19, I explained to her that what she was asking of me wasn’t safe for me or her she immediately got upset and told me she wasn’t going to service me. Now remind you the post office line is extremely long she took two other customers while I waited to the side on a manager confused. Thinking that once I speak with the manager she was going to be as shocked and confused as I was it was a totally different outcome. So the manager name ( Patricia) came from the back she had an annoyed look on her face as if she was upset that someone called her and took her from In the middle of doing something else. Once I started explaining everything that was going on she told me that the employee was in fact pregnant and that she didn’t have to stand up. I explained to her that’s even more of why I shouldn’t be close up on the employee because she’s pregnant , and is there anyone else I can talk to. She explained to me I am the Manager and you’re not going to be able to get in touch with no one over me this as good as it gets. This place is absolutely ridiculous! It's unfortunate we have no other options when this is the post office assigned to your zip code. I moved into a new build so I had to pick up my keys from the post office. They gave me the wrong keys, Luckily no one has moved into the house the keys belong to. I finally realized this a week after not getting mail. I go to the post office and was told they lost my keys and would have the mail carrier deliver the contents of my mailbox to my door since the re-keying process takes 2 weeks. Nope!! I have yet to receive anything. I tried calling them, but all they do is pick up the phone and hangup. I know this because I can hear people in the background talking. I've called 20 times over the past few days. I don't understand why state/ federal agencies hire ghetto people that don't care enough about their job. I am not calling them ghetto because of just this incident, but when I went there in person they were all just gossiping really loud not caring who heard. TALK ABOUT THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!
