A walking order Burrito tortilla was RAW on my Partners meal he had to complain two times. The excuse from the manager was that the machines are (new) but that should not be an excuse they should take the precious time throughout the day to learn how to use the machines so that they can cook the tortilla.
My partner was trying to order a quesadilla at first but he was told that quesadillas are only ordered online.
so he decided to get a burrito instead because we took the time to walk in to a new Chipotle in little york. He was not satisfied at first because the true deal was wrong when you eat a raw tortilla it can make your stomach really ill and you can get sick, so he orders them to cook the tortilla and they refused to do so. The second time he went and he said he wanted his money back because he was not satisfied of the service and how the tortilla was raw so then the manager decided to cook the tortilla on the grill he had to wait extra time obviously and he was very disappointed.
My man had just gotten off from work he was not satisfied he was already really really hungry and he had to go through all of this.
In the end he was actually happy and satisfied how they cooked the burrito tortilla and the food tasted fantastic after all of this had to occur.
Thank you chipotle for your great service we truly appreciate that you actually listened the second time. We as Mexicans would really want to let you know that if this is a Mexican Grill make sure you give Mexican Grill service and to cook the tortillas because people can get sick by eating...

Open it up NO CHICKEN now its called chicken bowl for a reason How and the world did they miss that. Knowing that they charge for everything you put on the bowl. Been through some changes to report it online I decided to call the 1800 chipotle number spoke to a live person and oh boy was she difficult she sent me through some changes. Said she was gone send some points through my email. I waited ten minutes after we hung up checked my email and nothing came through I had to call a second time and finally got what I needed.
