Taco Bell — Restaurant in Aldine

Came to taco Bell on Little York on New Year's Eve we got in the pickup line 30 minutes before they closed because the lobby was closed we for were in line for 10 minutes the manger came out and said that they did not have any more ground beef we told him we wanted rolled chicken tacos so he said okay that's fine got to the window and they told they were closed and it was only 10 minutes before they closed and we were at the drive-thru window I asked to speak to the manager and the girl that was in the drive-thru wouldn't come to the window they just were standing there looking at me I couldn't believe it...

I've been to this location twice. The service was great. Nice and professional employees. The visible areas looked clean and the supplies stocked well. My ONLY complaint and have noticed this from my old store on Sgt. Macario is the portions of food vs the price of the products is very disproportionate. A #2 combo(3 soft taco supremes and a soda) is $10. But the tacos are filled to less than 50% of the tortilla. The tacos were so seemingly empty that I could wrap them up like mini burritos. My suggestion is either lower the prices or increase the amount of the food in the product to...

I went in and ordered food and then left and went to the parking lot to go eat. I realize that they had forgot my sour cream and guacamole I’m a Mexican pizza so I walked back over and went in to see if they would fix it. The girl at the drive-through window was very sweet and she called over Antonio and Henry. I told them To just add some sour cream and guacamole to it. They wouldn’t hear of it they fixed me a fresh one with extra sour cream and guacamole and we’re both very very polite. They definitely have great customer service at...
