I have been dealing with this issue for almost 3 weeks. I have never experienced service this bad. It started with the manager at the restaurant on little York and 59 freeway. Customer service was no help. I received incorrect information. To resolve the issue with my order it was "sent to the escalation team". The only thing that was escalated is my frustration and my anxiety. I called customer service AGAIN (for the 2nd time) the operator was very rude, she didn't want to listen to me and all she wanted to do was turn it back over to the escalation team which meant that I was going to have to wait another 24 to 48 hours. All I wanted was to get this issue resolved and get my order replaced. She hung up on my face because I wasn't listening to her because she wasn't listening to me. I called corporate office and was told by an operator that I needed to call customer service back. I tried to explain to her that everything that she was telling me to do, I had done. Again I was brushed off by her. This was CORPORATE OFFICE. Someone that was trained and put in this position to escalate issues like this. AGAIN!!! All I wanted was that SOGGY, GREASY,STALE MEAT,INCORRECTLY PREPARED pizza to be replaced and my extra pizza that was promised to me because my refund code didn't work taken care of. I could have gotten better service at Domino's, or the Valero gas station up the street. This will be the last time dealing with Pizza Hut 's bad service, bad pizza, buck passing establishment. Looking at the ratings I'm almost sure there is a plethora of people that were unhappy with THE HUT. They really need to observe and react. Times are to hard to spend your hard earned money and not get what you ask and pay for . Read moreI recently visited the Pizza Hut located on Little York Road, and I must say, it was quite an interesting experience. Prior to my visit, I had read numerous unpleasant reviews about this particular location. However, to my surprise, I had a positive encounter during my visit today.
I decided to call in my order for a large pepperoni pizza, and remarkably, it was ready within just 15 minutes. What struck me as odd was that they even called me back to inform me that my order was ready, which is not something they typically do. Opting for the carry-out method, I interacted with the cashier named Wayne, who provided exceptional service.
While the overall experience was pleasant, I did notice that the pizza was a little cold. Nevertheless, I couldn't help but acknowledge the significant improvement this Little York location has undergone over the past few years. In the past, it had a considerably worse reputation.
It's worth mentioning that the restaurant wasn't particularly busy on the day of my visit, which might have contributed to the positive experience. All in all, I paid for my order swiftly and left the premises without any hassle.

I came for a chiccen and jalapeño pizza with cheese sticcs and boneless chiccen. I got there and was handed a meat lovers pizza with the rest of my order being what I asked for. I got home (already being around 10pm) and started to feed my family and notice the pizza was full of pork (in which we do not eat). Ok np just call and get another one delivered no harm no foul…… Well I call and the young lady answers the phone and admits her mistake (kudos), I then ask if they can have the pizza delivered she said no and I asked for her manager. The young man (emphasis on YOUNG) answered the phone and I explained the situation and asked him can this be rectified by him having a pizza delivered……….
