Very terrible experience. I'm from Canada, something I wanted is only sold in the states. So I called this store because it is a 3 hour drive across the boarder for me. I was informed by the lady who was working at the time that they had what I was looking for and that there would be no problem. So I get ready and make the 4 hour rip all the way to the store, I get there and i'm looking for the item and I cannot find it, I proceed to ask the gentleman that was working if he knew where it was. Well it turns out it was a code that they needed to print off for me once I purchased the iten which wasn't a big deal for me. Well, i'm in line, in the process of purchasing the item and the guy tells me he can't sell it to me because the person who I was speaking with before failed to mention, that, the item i'm trying to buy cannot be sold until 4 days later in a big yellow box over top of the item. Advised me there was nothing he could do so I could try a different store.
Then I proceeded to drive 4 hours all the way back home...
Read moreI recently purchased NBA 2K20 for PS4 from Meijers. I had an issue with the commentary not playing correctly. There was no commentary even with commentary at 100 in the options menu. I've been a fan and a user of NBA 2k for years. I've exhausted all options to try to fix the issue. Exchanged the game and even tried a different PS4. I googled the issue as well as visited YouTube. I then decided to call gamestop in Allen Park for information. I had the pleasure to speak to Byron for advice and he went above and beyond to help me. And I'm not even a customer! He gave me advice and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I took his advice in regards to the game not playing properly. Read moreI just want to say I had an amazing experience going to this game stop that is located on outer drive and Southfield. The employee that was working, his name was Byron, I have been on a desperate hunt for xbox one brand new controllers and he was kind enough to give me his controller that he had placed on hold himself through his store and gave me his brand new controller so that way I wouldn't have to keep looking anymore. He was super super helpful he even told me how my A10 headset should work with my controllers are supposed to work he even explained to me what I can do to try to fix my problem I can go into my xbox settings if need be to rearrange my microphone settings and fix my problem that way.
