BEWARE!!! This is not a corporate store and it shows. I came to this location because it was closer and regret every decision. Please do not fall victim to the scams they run. Please ask many questions and remember key phrases. DO. NOT WORK WITH MANAGER THEO. These are his deceitful tactics. Credits are not really credits. You will pay for them in the long run. If you have installments and your phone have issues that cannot be repaired. Just note that the new phone you receive will have a new number but will be synced to your old number. So instead of 2 lines you will have 6 to 8 that you aren’t aware of and will still have to pay the installment and services for all the lines that you do not use or need. Theo will throw a bunch of numbers at you and say he’s saving you money and it is not. You will end up paying triple at the end. And am told after a year you will see better discounts. I wasn’t aware that I was receiving a family plan for 8 with 8 lines when I only need 2 lines. Be ready to pay an enormous bill for a year for products again you don’t need, don’t want ( and the store manger will not take them back) and don’t use. For some reason the manager is confused on why I have an issue with this. My phone bill went for $250 to $500 a month (prorated first bill of even more at $740) and he refuses to correct the problem.
He also rude, I called several times and he never returned my calls. I finally went into the store where he never acknowledged me after I said I was there for him. I waited patiently for over a hour while he helped another customer. When that customer left he again did not acknowledge me and went into the back for over 20 minutes. Brian and Steve was nice.
I went again today to try to give the store another chance to correct the problem so I removed my previous post. Bad idea. The manager Theo, lied to my face and treated me as though I understood all the deceitful transactions that he completed. I went into the store with 2 IPhones paying roughly $240 for 2 people. I left with 6 lines that I do not need nor knew I would receive. I’m paying for accessories because I was told I had store credits and to pick out things but am now paying monthly payments for those accessories that I did not ask for and would not have chosen if I wasn’t told I had $1000 worth of credits for accessories. He gave us a few cases to choose from and a screen protector as though it came as a package with the phone but did not tell us we were paying for it over months. Again, I didn’t ask for any of it. I would have ordered it from Amazon where it’s cheaper. And don’t log into your account and let the manager remove things from your account.
Theo is a liar and is very deceitful.
There is a lot of details but I will tell them to the BBB and FCC. The store should be...
Read moreI went to the att store to trade two phones in for the promotion they were advertising. They were offering 700 dollars off the new phones if you traded in your old phones. The representative was helping me back up my phone and never once mentioned the crack in the corner would take 350 dollars off the value of the trade in. I had to pay a phone repair to get my daughters phone to turn on so I could trade her phone in. We sat with the representative for over an hour he handled my phone several times, again never mentioning the crack on my phone would be an issue. He said I had 30 days to back up my phone and fix my daughters phone then I could do the trade in. I go back to the store to do the trade in and the sales girl says oh your phones only eligible for 350 dollars off. The moral of the story is they would not take responsibility for the miscommunication, they were supposed to inspect the phones thoroughly first and foremost and that was not done. Instead of taking responsibility the manager basically called me a liar and said she would have to review the cameras to see what went on that day. Att had no resolution, I sat on the phone with them over two hours trying to get help and no one could assist. I ended up returning both phones and all accessories I purchased that day. I have decided to find a new carrier, after being with att for 18 years it’s just ridiculous and unprofessional. They never have a fair outcome, I won’t give my money to a company that doesn’t take care of the...
Read moreAvoid going to the store and go to an official corporate AT& T store, we had purchased two iPhone 13 pros recently and we're told at the time we would get $350 in credit for our Iphones we were trading in so with all these credits we were supposedly going to get the salesman encourage us to buy all kind of accessories luckily we were only interested in a few things and didn't purchase all these extra accessories that are credits supposedly would have paid for , we were totally misled and the accessories that we had purchased supposedly they were to be paid over the duration of our new iPhone 13 pros so instead of the accessories broke down over 36 payments it was over 12 payments the salesman even went to the extent to break down that our accessories would only cost $1.50 per month for our iPhone protector cases, the bottom line is they were deceiving they lied and if you think you're going to save money wait until it's all is said and done you'll end up paying more money than you think you were going to pay,I'm very dissatisfied to the point I called AT&T and spoke to a representative about what happened and they are working on ratifying...
