ALDI — Local services in Allen Park

Customer service at this store is so horrible. The associates here are very unprofessional and not welcoming to customers. I when to this store my first time with my cousin visiting from Boston. We were the first customers to arrived here on Wednesday July 24 2022, the lady who came to open the doors was so angry and my cousin greeted her but she response in a very angry manner. Inside the store my cousin did not know that you are supposed to put a quarter to get a cart. He saw a cart at the checkout and try to grap it, the male cashier shout at him that he should not touch the cart that it belongs to him. Instead of explaining to him their policy with carts he was so rude. The employees here treat customers with no respect and don’t even border to know if people are visiting for the first time. My recent trip here blew my mind.

I love Aldi and in my hometown, shop almost exclusively there. I travel for work and whenever possible shop at Aldi while out of town as well. My experience up until today has been great.

This is not only the dirtiest Aldi I have been to. This is the most disgusting grocery store I've ever been to in my life. This is after shopping in hundreds of stores spanning half the country.

Trash everywhere. It looked like an overpass where homeless sleep. The clerk didn't start scanning my items until my cart was unloaded because there was no cart to fill. A completely oblivious "security guard" wandered around with a glock sporting an extended magazine and a cheap holster.

I like the store and products. But the cashiers are so rushed. Upon checking my receipt I was overcharged for 3 extra items, totalling almost $9. Then down my receipt were a half dozen voids from a single item that was rung multiple times with items in between. I can only guess the cashier just starting ringing my order before the prior customer's cart was out of the way. My items got backed up and scanned more than once. Next time I shop there I'm going to check my receipt at the register and not move away until I'm satified it's correct. I don't care if it backs up a line. It doesn't save me any money to have to go bsck for a refund. I don't even lnow if they'll correct it. The receipt had been in my...
