Went to purchase a mattress and we pick a date that my wife does not have to work on. On all of our receipts and paperwork the correct date was chosen. When we noticed the date we selected is not the date we called the store and talked to Mark. Mark stated that delivery dates are not finalized until two days before delivery and he would contact them to ensure it was going to be the date we selected. We called a few days later and mark stated the delivery team did not reach out. I received a text confirming our delivery date for the wrong date and contacted the store. I asked about compensation for the innocent date as we have to take off work now for delivery. Store states they do not handle compensation and gave me a number which was "customer service" but I called and number was disconnected. I click the link for redelivery and nothing happens as the website is blank. I talk to the chat bot and wait 27 minutes for a rep 45 minutes after tell us to call someone else. I call the "delivery" team for them to tell me either accept delivery on wrong date or wait another 3 weeks for delivery. I ask about compensation and they state it's on the store. I ask store and they say it's on corporate. Lack of professionalism and answers are wearing our patience very thing hence the one star. This is even before we received any product to try it. Read moreWe are extremely disappointed with this company. Before purchasing a queen size bed, we discussed how it would be delivered and set up in our home that is a small bungalow. The store representative said that it should not be a problem. The store is located in the same city where we reside so we assumed that they had delivered to other homes in our city. When the bed was brought to our house, the installers were unable to get it into our bedroom. The installers never told us what to do at this point. They took the bed back, so our purchase was still on our credit card but we had no product. After calling Customer Service twice, I was told our purchase was not cancelled as was still out for delivery. Now, after putting thousands of dollars on our credit card, it takes 7 to 10 days for the purchase to come off. This coincides with when our credit card bill is due and if we do not pay in full like we usually do, we will get hit with interest. The communication between this company and purchasers is horrible. I had slept on a sleep number before so knew most of the ins-and-outs but my husband was new to the experience. Dawn took the time to explain and show him and I everything. She was attentive and convincing but not pushy in the least which we greatly appreciated. There was another employee in the store with her (we visited on the 1/31/21) and he was also very friendly and professional! The store was immaculately clean and both Dawn and the other gentleman were sanitizing after we looked at and tried each bed. We visited another mattress store right by there and the choice was not even close...the sleep number staff were waaay more professional, knowledgeable, the store was waaaay cleaner.
