Independence Marketplace — Local services in Allen Park

When I arrived I had no idea where to start. I was greeted at the entrance and was told where I could find the items. I didn’t think I was going to have too many questions but I did. I was walking to the aisle to look for my item and a woman named Kathy came up to me and asked if I needed help. I told her I wasn’t sure so she walked with me to the correct aisle and went over every product with quite detail. She answered all my questions. She then went above and beyond by helping find the correct furnace filter at the best price. Kathy knew the specifics of all the items and was able to direct me to the other items I needed as well, she even walked me to the items I was looking for. Kathy was very friendly and I’m extremely happy with the employees at the store They made what seemed like a frustrating experience super easy. I’m confident in the purchases and look forward to shopping...

Was here to get those famous burgers from five guys(first time), quick story, I was with a party of 3 everyone received their food except me so I'm patiently waiting so the manager asked what my number was after finding out what it was he begin to apologize first and said another customer had taken my food but, they were preparing it again so I said do I get something free for the wait and the mix up, he said sure, I proceeded to wait on my food once I received it I was getting ready to walk out and just write them off of my list of favs but, the manager stopped me refunded me my money and gave me a free meal, he said not on my watch will you have a bad first experience with us, hope you enjoy your meal and please come again, definitely excellent customer service and yes they are one of my favs❤, I'll definitely be returning and the burger was famous😋. Server was awesome "Bryce" manager stepped up made things right almost, the place was dead took an hour to get my steak and was wrong, which enabled me to watch my kids eat, the replacement took an additional 30 minutes ... kitchen staff blows here, they just have to warm pre-made bags in boiling water for most of the menu... now on to the bar, a long island is a staple drink one would think, once again the place was dead took 15 minutes to get my drink and the bar tender failed said person should go get lessons from the bar tender in the Southgate location :) she knows how to make a drink!! Next time I will drive out of my way to go where performance is...
