Old Navy — Local services in Allen Park

Very inconvenient experience. I had to make a quick stop after work to find some items for a trip. I spent an hour looking for things. I made it to the fitting room 35 mins before closing thinking I still had a good 15-20 mins to try on the items. I was not let into the fitting rooms. I was told they close 30 mins before closing due to sanitizing. This was extremely inconvenient given I wasted an hour looking for things. There is no sign that states this and it was never announced on a speaker. I wasted my time. I asked if I could try at least a few of the items, but I was not allowed. Extremely inconvenient and frustrating. There literally were only 3 people in the store. I ended up having to still buy a portion of the items because I had already wasted my time and had to drive 25 mins to get to the store. Now I will likely have to waste my time again to return anything that didn't fit me. Never coming back to...

Came here today 8/27 trying to get my daughter school clothes took about an hr finding things, get in line and get to the checkout and when we go to pay they have to run all $20 and up bills and mind you if your money is not perfect the thing won’t read it, so the man runs it through about 20 times all for the manager to come and do the same thing he did to tell us she’s not gonna accept our money!! Mind you the other worker took a $50 and it didn’t work and she still took it but the manager wouldn’t because I told her he just check at all the things twice. This lady is down right rude and shouldn’t be working with customers with an attitude like that. They need to invest in some pens to check the money. Mind you the man could have seen the face in the $50 but he said he wasn’t aloud to he had to call her. This place is a joke and I will never be shopping here ever again! Do not recommend this...

I'm on the phone now,with someone who works at Old Navy I think they may have forgot, they have me waiting but I've order twice because everything I've wanted no store has it so I have to order them and it has taking, so long to get my order and then for it not to fit or for me not to like it , I like to go see it in the store ,so last night I went to the store and they told me that they have the pants but there still in the back in box's so I just called the store to ask if they had unpacked the boxes yet and they have had me on hold for 35 mins so I'm just going to hang up but I will not be ordering anything if I cannot see it first because it takes so long to get it and then when you get it you have to send it back if you don't like the material or if you don't like the way it fits this if you see it you can determine if you want to take the chance...
