QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Allen Park

READ MY LATEST REVIEW BELOW THIS ONE! This was my second time trying Qdoba. The first time, my husband picked me out something I didn't like & it was too spicy. This time I got the chicken queso burrito bowl with everything mild. It was good. Definitely a lot of food so it's worth the price. My step daughter got 3 chicken tacos. My husband doesn't care for this place tho. He says it's very bland & he doesn't think mexican food with this place. Which I do agree on the bland part! The bowl was good but, I had to add salt to it when I got home 😂 Other than that, I'd keep coming there. You can't beat spending 20.78 on 2 meals & I had to eat mine 3 times to finish it.

3RD & •LAST• VISIT on 7/27/24 @ 10:15p; Decided to try it 1 more time. I bought 2 chicken bowls & 1 ground beef burrito. I waited 25 mins in line with only a young couple in front of me. The staff were too busy jaw jacking with each other. The place was DIRTY as heck & they don't bother wiping the line down or clean up after each order they start making. I repeatedly watched the female worker throwing food on the floor. There were big cilantro stems in the container & she got it out to put in my bowl & grabbed the stems & threw it on the floor! The young man working there had his boxers completely showing & his pants down by his groin. So inappropriate. The manager was standing at the register like always & not helping like normal & didn't care what the employees did. It was a hot mess. The brown rice looked & had the texture of mashed potatoes & they didn't have a lot of toppings. Their excuse was they didn't have anymore but, I suspect it's because they were too lazy to go refill anything. That was the 1st time I brought my mom there & she said she would NEVER return even if she was starving! I got her the burrito & she ate ½ then tossed it. Spent $35 & felt robbed. I will NEVER return here. I thought maybe 3rd time would be a charm but, it was anything...

Worst QDOBA experience by far. I don’t usually leave reviews, because I usually don’t care that much. But this was the first time I’m gonna have to break that rule for myself. Everything was off here. Literally EVERYTHING.

It starts from the moment you come in, and you immediately get hit with an indescribably disgusting smell that your nose will refuse to get rid of for your entire stay. A line full of hot, “fresh” food should be overpowered in smell by what I can only nail down as the scent of raw sewage.

Not a single staff member in the building moves with any sense of urgency or purpose. It took somewhere near 20 minutes just for me to get SERVED despite there only being two orders in front of me, because everything had to come to a screeching halt for an eternity while the single person working the line had to run around grabbing items he was out of while his three coworkers did nothing to help him.

But I can tolerate all of this, so long as the food is good. As long as the food is at least decent, I wouldn’t be writing something like this. But it just wasn’t. The rice and beans were just straight up mush that conglomerate into this pile sludge at the bottom of your bowl. The prices for meat portions keep getting bigger, despite said portions getting smaller. The cooks aren’t measuring out their seasoning portions, so you have something, if not everything, in your bowl that’s extremely salty to the point of being downright inedible for fear of sodium poisoning. I shuddered when the food hit my mouth, and I’m shuddering now just typing about it.

Like I said, I don’t like giving out reviews like this. But this is my worst Qdoba dining experience, if not my worst dining experience in general. I cannot come back to this place, nor can I in good faith recommend anyone else come...

My first time visiting Qdoba I was excited I only got the chips and queso dip it was good. Second time my friend brought me some beef tacos. They were terribly nasty. So this time I decided to go dine in thinking it would be better. First off this location is full of kids who talk to each other move to fast and will just walk off. I was over charged. No lemonade or anything to replace it. The food work station was dirty and down to the last of everything. So I thought I'd be safe getting 3 steak tacos. Noooo!!! The steak was burnt and nasty old taste. My friend burrito was sloppy, cold and nasty. I took 1 bite and had them replace it with the bowl and fresher meat. It was still nasty and cold!! No lemonade or anything to replace it other than Soda. As I waited I checked my receipt and noticed I was charged $45 for one burrito 3 tacos and one 2 lemonades and a small chip and dip. The child cashier starts ringing you up before you even get to her. This location was filthy both times I visited. Trash overflowing in the inside dinning area, dirty tables and a bunch of giggling kids just standing there. Fire the management and the child staff. The food is cold, nasty and inconsistent. Then the next day I have suspicious activity on my card. Qdoba was the last and only place I used my card at. I'm so disappointed now I don't even want to try the other location. Please get rid of the staff and the manager who out the back and saw how dirty the restaurant was and didn't do nothing about it. It wasn't even crowded. It was very very slow they could've cleaned up and prepared fresher meat. Smh. Don't go to...
