I really enjoy shopping at T.J. Maxx, especially their clearance section with the red sticker deals! Last week, my cousin—a nurse visiting from Canada—shared something that really opened my eyes. She explained that the fabrics we wear can impact how our body feels and functions, even on an energetic level. According to holistic perspectives, natural fibers like 100% cotton and linen allow the body to “breathe,” supporting better energy flow. In contrast, synthetic materials like polyester are thought to block that flow and can even trap negative energy because they don’t carry the same living vibration as natural fibers. It made sense—because I realized I’d been experiencing what felt like polyester withdrawals. I’m usually drawn to it because it’s soft and comfortable, and I’ve worn it for years without question. But in that moment, it really hit me how easily negative things can creep into our lives unnoticed, even through something as simple as fabric. I actually had a moment where I thought, Wow—I might be addicted to polyester! With new awareness, I went shopping and found several beautiful blouses and dresses—all 100% cotton—and all within my budget thanks to the red clearance tags. I now have at least a week’s worth of natural-fiber clothing. And honestly? I felt a difference. Maybe it’s subtle, but I didn’t feel as drained or foggy like I sometimes do when I wear synthetics. I left feeling more positive and refreshed. Thank you, T.J. Maxx, for making conscious living affordable!

Went to T.J. Maxx in Allen Park to purchase some KT athletic tape . I'm not sure why it was $2.00 more than what a friend of mine paid at T.J. Maxx in Farmington. I'm just saying. Hence, the 4 star rating. I will add that even though the line was long, the service from the lady on register #10 gets a five star she was great.

Cashier asks my wife while she was by herself about opening the TJ credit card. She says no thank you. Cashier proceeds to ask "WHY NOT?" & badger her with more & more information about it as she keeps repeating "no thank you" .. but when I (her husband) is next to her last week they didn't do that. Why are you harassing female customers like this. I understand says quotas but you are doing too much. Pay your cashiers more so they don't have to pressure commission out of your female customers (who are by themselves). She even wrote her name on our receipt. Thinking if I should mention it or not. Will be reporting to corporate management if you don't...
