Lane Bryant — Local services in Allen Park

I have shopped here several times. It’s my favorite place to buy bras. However I recently had a very uncomfortable experience with the employees who were working there. On the morning of Saturday September 20th my sister and I went in so I could check out some bras, and she got measured. She quietly decided she disagreed with the measurement, looked around very briefly and then left. I stayed behind and was browsing the store. The door chime went off when my sister left and one employee said to the other “see, I told you they weren’t going to buy no bras” in a very judgey tone. I do believe they thought they were alone and we had both left the store. They then proceeded to have a very personal conversation about their personal relationships. They were shocked when I walked up to ask for a fitting room. I tried on what I had, and left because I was no longer comfortable in the store. In fact, I have hesitated to return in case the same women are working. I do not appreciate being judged by the employees, nor do I think that is appropriate behavior in...

Sales were good as usual. There was Christmas music playing for.some reason (It is currently FEBRUARY 23).

The ladies at the register were not the chipper LB staff that I am used to getting (I think LB has a personality requirement 🤣). I asked if they had a coat in a smaller size and was told "no, what is there is what we have". I asked if it was available online? Answer... It might be. Can you check? Oh yeah...I can do that. I am used to being offered that little extra service every time I go to LB (actually I usually find it annoying that they push the online option so much).

I don't know if it was the freaking Christmas music, the demeanor of the staff, or me having to prompt them for assistance but I wound up not even in the mood to shop anymore. Usually, I avoid going because I typically blow my budget because I am having a wonderful time, the staff makes me feel.special and tonight I just wasn't feeling the love. I think I will go to shopping at the Woodhaven LB because I seem to have bad luck...

Here on Friday April 16 2021 at 11:24 am to pick up an order and NO ONE IS HERE. THE STORE IS COMPLETLY DARK AND EMPTY. THE DOORS ARE LOCKED. I CAME HERE ON MY WAY TO WORK TO PICK UP AN ORDER THAT WILL BE SENT BACK PER YOUR NOTICE. I CALLED THE STORE WHILE I WAS ON MY WAY TO ASK THEM TO HAVE IT READY FOR ME BECAUSE MY TIME IS LIMITED. NO WONDER WHY NO ONE ANSWERED THIS IS BAD BUSNESS. THERE IS NO SIGN ON THE DORR TO INDICATE WHY THE STORE IS CLOSED DURING...
