I cannot rate lower than a 1-star to be able to activate this dialogue. I brought my daughter to the store on Monday, May 11, and I WILL NOT RETURN. A notice attached to the door/window, for the viewing of visiting customers, was at least 2 notices that MASKS ARE REQUIRED to enter the store.

HOWEVER: upon entering, I observed only 2 of the 5 employees actually wearing masks. (I count one of the 3 which did not have a mask as the girl stocking the counters, who, although donning a mask, had it pulled fully beneath her chin.

The oldest gentleman, and the girl running transactions, were the 2 wearing masks.

Additionally, only 3 were wearing gloves: and the 2 NOT wearing gloves were directly involved in the production of the edible product. Covid aside, gloves should be mandatory in actual touching of food stuffs. The youngest male, who was making candy covered apples, and the girl stocking the showcase, were not wearing gloves.

I understand that problems cannot be fixed if one is not made aware of said problems, however, since all were working in such close proximity, there is no way that each person working would not be aware of these...

TERRIBLE STAFF! I heard great things about their chocolate and ice cream and decided to give it a try. The products tasted okay but the staff was just incredibly rude. I am allergic to tree nuts and noticed that there was only one ice cream that contained them. I was asking if they used separate ice cream scoopers for products that contained nuts because more food places are becoming more aware of cross contamination. The young girl offers to clean the scooper and I said "that would be great." And then a short, black hair manager runs over and says in a very ill-mattered tone "if anything gets cross contaminated THATS ON YOU!" Then I noticed the girl that offered to clean the scooper in the first place didn't clean the scooper because of what the manager said to me and proceeded to give me the ice cream. Like what??? NEVER VISITING...

WE'VE BEEN GOING 2 THIS LOCATION ON THE HILL OVER SEVEN YEARS NOW. WE GO N HERE EVERY SATURDAY NITES R SUNDAY NITES & WE GET THE SAME THING EVERY TIME WE GET A PEANUT APPLE & HAVE THEM SLICE IT. & ALSO USED 2 GET COUPLE STRAWBERRIES BUT STOPPED CAUSE MOSTLY EVERY WEEKEND WE GO N THERE, THERE ALWAYS SOLD OUT. & BSIDES LAST COUPLE TIMES WE DID GET CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES THEY WAS REAL SOFT & TASTED NASTY. HAVE 2 SAY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS REALLY GONE OUT THE WINDOW, N THE PAST TEN MONTHS I HAVE GOTTEN FOUR PEANUT APPLES & IT'S BEEN ROTTEN NSIDE!! & FOR THE PRICE THEY CHARGE $6.63 EACH FOR THEM!! THEY SHOULD NOT B THIS WAY!! JUST GOT ONE PEANUT APPLE 2NITE & GOT HOME & PUT IT N PLASTIC CONTAINER 2 EAT & AGAIN IT WAS BLACK & BROWNED INSIDE. & MY LUCK I CALLED & THEIR CLOSED!! NOT GOOD FOR...
