Read moreHarassed by associate. My mother just got out the hospital for brain cancer surgery, and she’s away from home because she needs aid. She needed some things to bathe and feel comfortable. Yea she was a sec behind but she made it in the store before 10pm and out by 10:10 and they closed at 10pm w/a line. She was clearly handicapped however two associates decided to follow her. Had I not walked past the first associate to help my ill mother who knows the additional disrespect she would have been subjected to. Security was totally understanding and the other associate helping was a dear. I’m in the industry and I explained everyone isn’t as fast as the next and be patient. And that she would still get out the store and home in the same time as usual especially if she didn’t continue to harass us as I was already berating my mother with comments that we needed to leave. The fact that she is clearly handicapped and they pressed on is beyond disrespectful. Who cares the other guests you’ve dealt with. They need to be held accountable. One a blue haired woman and a young woman. She spent $75 in less than 10 mins. I don’t think the standards we were subjected to were that of Targets. It’s 10:30 and we’re in check out at Meijer. Read moreA bit disappointed in the online pickup/drive up. I ordered storage bins to be picked up yesterday. A few different target stores had them I went to the closes to me. My nearest store said that they were in stock. However, after purchasing for pickup they returned my order and said they were out of stock. I thought to myself that's odd, I just seen them the other day. I went to the store to see if there were other options because the app doesn't allow you to make substitutions after placing your order or while someone is shopping just return or see another store. As I walked in there they were the exact bins, multiple stacks of bins in different color right by the door. So whatever worker shopping for these orders are completely lazy. And didn't feel like looking for these items. So they just returned the order. That's happened a few...
