I come here from time to time whenever I happen to be in Allen... I always find something cute in here. Came here last Thursday and the clerks were great. I saw a gold dress that I wanted to try on. One of the clerks opened the fitting room for me. The dress was flattering but I wasn't sure about it. It wasn't a yes or no. It was a maybe. I decided to purchase the dress and I decided to change into it before leaving the store. When I came out with the dress, the cashier said it looked flattering on me and they were right. This was my first time visiting this shop, and I have to say—the clothes were super cute! They had a great selection with trendy and unique pieces that really caught my eye. I was excited to check everything out and even found a few items I liked.

Unfortunately, the customer service didn’t match the vibe of the store. The cashier seemed uninterested and wasn’t very friendly or welcoming, which definitely put a damper on the experience. It felt like I was bothering them just by being there.

I’d love to come back for the clothes, but I hope the staff is more approachable next time. A little kindness...

Went into the store today. I had to carry around clothes to try on for a long time before someone offered to start me a dressing room. I picked out 12 pieces. Once in the dressing room, no one checked in to see if I needed anything. I was in there a good 20 minutes. I needed different sizes in everything.
