After a bad experience before, my husband and I decided to try one more time and I'm already regretting it! My payment isn't due yet and I get phone calls EVERYDAY... Over 5x throughout the day! Instead of someone leave a voice mail either is silent and they hang up or I hear employees chatting in the background. They've also come out to my home 2 days in a row yet no one has knocked on the door or rang the doorbell where they have left a note at twice now. I call in this morning to talk to a manager and get this situated except no manager is in yet and the guy who answers the phone even before I say anything has an attitude. If your employees don't want to answer questions and help a customer understand why this non sense is occurring they shouldn't be working there!
