T.J. Maxx — Local services in Altamonte Springs

I’m always in this TJ Max because I live less than a minute away. I love buying the jewelry. Very elegant and cheap price wise. I’ve never seen this lady by the name of JENNIFER. But she was called over to help because it had gotten a little busy. I tried on 1 ring that was a size 10 then another size 9 and asked if all their rings ran big. She proceeded to say well what size are you, I said I don’t know but surely I know now I’m not a size 9-10. She then proceeded to pick up a ring that I didn’t like and i said I don’t like that one she said and I quite “ WELL, WHAT SIZE, and IM TRYING TO FIND SOMETHING FOR YOU, with a sarcastic attitude. I then just looked at her with a confused frown and she immediately changed her tone after she seen my facial expression. I said never mind I will go some place else. Never have I ever had a bad experience at this TJ Max, and if she’s agitated about having to help out in the jewelry department then please make sure she learns customer service skills. An AOK location! There's nothing to write home about as far as going above and beyond at this store, however, it has all of the things that you expect to find and need from this kind of location. They're well-organized and everything is set up for the usual layout. One of my favorite areas is the home decor area and this one is easy to shop. They also have a decent-sized kitchen gadgets area.

The only time that you'll really see staff is up at the register, so if you're looking for help this store can be a little lacking in that area. However, this is pretty common for this chain. They don't really have a lot of on the floor associates around for helping. It's more of just a look through and see what you might like store.

I went this store to return a CK purse with the receipt, all tags and also full filling papers. The, lady her name tag says that she is store coordinator . She was very rude! When I show up as a client on her spot , I tried to nicely looked at her and with my smile. She Never looked at me, I said hi to her nicely and no response . After that I tried to explain about my return the purse which was never used! She didn’t accept my return. She told me it’s over 30 days, I asked her ok no problem please give me store credit, but she said no! Please let me know is it ok? Is this a good customer care??
