Edit: I cannot respond to the owners comment as a reply (as that is not how Google reviews works) but I would like to note this was Monday, December 21st between 12:10-12:40pm. Please let me know what additional information you require. Iām disappointed by the response, as you initially denied my experience even happened and then blamed me for the experience itself. I have given the exact time and date of the visit (which was edited at the end of my review roughly 30 min after Elisabethās initial comment and is now stated above), if you choose to amend your response w/o said comments, I will be more than happy to adjust my review and rating accordingly.

The store itself is beautiful and has excellent selection. I was impressed by the beads offered, and overall selection. The only reason I am not giving the store a 4-5 star review is my discomfort with the cashier (possibly owner?) not wearing a mask in the store. I really would like to support local businesses but Iām extremely uncomfortable with not being able to stay safe during this time. While I love the products sold and the convenience, I will unfortunately not be returning because of this experience. COVID is real and masks work - 320,000 dead is not a joke and Iām upset for it to be treated like such. DO NOT shop at this business if you value your health...

The customer service unfortunately is below sub-par. I had the owner yell at me on the telephone and essentially call me a liar when attempting to have them honor their commitment to repair the jewelry if needed. They eventually did repair my ring that had been very bent. Time came that another repair was necessary on the same piece of jewelry, a ring (which was unlike any of the other rings we had purchased and this point was made, that maybe it was a possibility that this particular ring had a defect- a suggestion that was promptly denied by the owner) and although we were told upon purchase (by one of the owners family members whom works at their store) that they will always repair any jewelry, free of charge. However, I was quickly informed that they would no longer be willing to repair their jewelry after the second repair, stating that this was putting them in the hole on my purchase. I was surprised by the continuously poor customer service, my family and I will certainly no longer be recommending their quaint shop when we receive compliments on our rings. The disregard for valuing customers is simply not worth it.

They told me today, when I called them for the fifth time, this year, when someone finally answered the phone, that the $130 credit on the layaway on gone to long without another payment, and they kept the money, and the necklace I returned. Also I initially return the Amber necklace, because someone I know looked at it, and did not think it was real, and easy mistake to make, because there is alot of fake amber on the market.
