Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Anaheim

Asked for jumbo jack/ touchdown special . I was told it wasn't honored there. So I ordered an alternative item. Asked for diet soda and received a sweet drink. As pointed it out the night manger argued with me. She angrily switched the drinks. Charged $4.61. Gave $10.61 and recieved $5 back. As I asked for the dollar missing, she ggt angry and argued with me until I explained $10.61-$4.61= $6. As I was driving away, the sign in the front window advertises the Jumbo deal. I went back into the store to address this. Was told they don't have "the code" for the discount so it isn't available. The special is only available the day after, so wouldn't be available the next day. She grudginly returned my money after calling someone higher up than her.. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I encourage others to avoid this store on Ball and Dale rd. This "manager" shouldn't be serving customers with that bad attitude. ZERO STARS................ its 9:30am on a Sunday morning. This location is the worst I have ever visited. I order thru drive thru and after I PAID for my food I was giving my pop(drink) and ask to pull up front, weird, no one was in line. He said because the sensor will keep beeping, still weird, so I pull up waiting and waiting..........still waiting now their are two cars behind me.....finally the cashier runs out with my food and ask me "Can you move?" Literally, so I ask for my ketchup and salt. He comes back with ketchup and again ask me " Can you move?" So now I'm heated. I have my food i have my ketchup why are you still demanding i move you just gave me my food. So i told him that was very rude you told me to pull up front even tho no one was in line, he was really trying to argue with me while I'm pulling away and on top of all the waiting my fries were not fresh....... so WHAT IN THE WORLD WAS I...

Ordered their boba, it was rock hard and undercooked, went back through the drive through to ask for an iced coffee instead, they ignored me and tried to serve me the exact same cup of boba tea. I had my lady park and I went and knocked on the door, I was let in and after speaking to the lady at the cashier she said "oh we heated it back up for you, you didn't like it?" I said no it's completely undercooked, to which the lady at the cashier responded "oh, I don't like boba".... okay??? like who asked champ, im literally standing there in my chef coat coming home from work and you're telling me you didn't make something correct because you don't like it? I asked politely a second time to just get a iced coffee instead, walked out and have not come back since, a year ago this was my go-to spot, but its been sooooo bad lately, iced coffee was also pooooor quality, straight trying to serve people...
