I and my fiance had applied for residency at stonybrook apartments in Anaheim, ca we was issued a acceptance letter and welcomed as residents in the stonybrrook apartment family. We was given a move in date and was truly excited for this opportunity. That next day we went and purchased new furniture and appliances to be delivered on the date given to us by the complex manager TERRY TEEL. After all this we was told by Terry that we was not going to be moving in due to some background check issues, this was in fact a lie, in the past 2 weeks the company TERRY stated that did the background check in which he stated I did not pass had conducted 3 background checks on me and 2 was cleared and one still pending for a employment opportunity and never was requested to run a background check on me by the company that was stated by Terry himself. MR TEEL was caught in several lies and this was brought to his attention, beware in dealing with MR.TEEL and the company he works for, we are suing him and anyone with a similar experience as I and my fiance should...

This is the best of the best apartments very friendly and quiet environment. The staff are the best very helpful. They even take time to visit you and they really care about their residence. Note that if there’s ever a maintenance issue, they have fixed things right away for me I really wisheveryone that needs a quiet environment like especially those who are students would move in here. Hi! We've lived here a little over a year. We can't say enough about how wonderful Terry, Lizette, and Erica are! They are ON it! It's clean, and gated. Quiet. Maintenence is prompt, and they get it done right the first time. Covid hit us hard, two job losses and three moves in two years. And they really helped us.
