I feel like I was just shoo'd out of a store. I was making my way up to the front of the store. Because they had announced that they were closing in 15 minutes and I had about 10 minutes left. I was just about done shopping when a very rude woman who works there ran up to me in the aisle and asked me if I knew they were closed. And I looked at my phone and said, "You guys are closing," and she then looked at her phone and told me I had seven minutes , but that in seven minutes, she was shutting her register off meaning hurry up or you aren't buying dooty. This made me feel very bad about myself and being there. I'm autistic and I tend to struggle with major social anxiety. I dropped my study on the floor and left. I don't think I'll be back. I do wish I would have gotten her name, all I know is she was wearing a pink shirt. But when she said that, even though I was less than 10 feet away from the register and would have been done looking in less than 2 minutes I felt so ashamed and embarrassed for even being in their store at that point.. so I darted out. This type of behavior is beyond uncalled for they already called over the past system twice they were closing soon. I. Also wearing a watch and have a phone in my hand, I guess she just thought I was that careless about her time or the time in general or unaware but she ended up being rude it wasn't necessary to reiterate multiple times to one specific customer your closing and going as far to say your register will be shut down once my 7 minutes was up. She didn’t say that she was ready to check me out. She just stared . She didn’t say hi did you find everything ok? I then asked to speak with a manager because I was just in yesterday back to school shopping for my daughter and she told me call her in the morning regarding a purse I was looking for.
