Purchased new disposable device, was instructed to make sure my device hit fine before i left, I told her it tasted burnt and she assured me that the taste would go away. After leaving, I continued hitting it and the burnt taste did not disappear. So I called up asking if I could get it replaced, they told me that a burnt taste on a disposable device was not considered defective, so I was not able to get a refund or new device. I even asked to buy a new one at half price and they couldnāt do anything to help me. As a small business owner I could never imagine treating frequent customers this way. I would also expect them to never want to come back. Which I wonāt be, Vapor Nation has never done me wrong. Your money will be better spent there. Donāt go to these crooks. They told me to hit it after THEY assumed it was 90seconds, trying to save themselves, reviewing the camera footage, guess they didnāt see the cashier instructing me to hit it⦠horrible response⦠horrible owner
Mind you this is all over a device I paid $15 for..so who knows what they pay for it, probably not $15 right? So they would rather hang themselves over $15 instead of making it right.
