I stopped by to check out vitamins and supplements for men. The store clerk asked if I needed help. I said I was browsing and looked for a minute. Then I asked for some help with men’s supplements. He basically said well it’s right there, and pointed at the display in front of me that I had clearly been looking at already for 5 minutes. I asked several questions about their affectiveness and he got defensive and was rude the entire time. He pointed at stuff and told me to figure it out essentially. I was the only one in the store and he wouldn’t walk ten feet around the counter to help me until I asked about 7 questions. My wife and I went in Saturday night. We were looking for something specific. We had gone to 2 other nutrition stores across the street. We left feeling less then. We tried GNC. AJ was working he was fantastic! He not only answered our questions he explained things completely. Helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He didn't try to up sell anything.
