Kohl's — Local services in Ankeny

We had purchased some kitchen anti-fatigue mats from Kohl’s. After a little while they began to come apart. I still had the receipt and called Kohl’s. I was informed that these mats have a limited lifetime warranty! However, Kohls didn’t have any in stock. The person I talked to told me to throw them away and he would issue a credit to my account. (I have his name and employee number) he advised me that it would take approximately 10 days for the transaction, (this was January 26, 2025). I have called at different times checking the status and this has never been completed as of yet! I have numerous names and employee numbers of the individuals I’ve talked to. Some of these people have assured me that this would be taken care of within a few days. Still nothing! Called again and was told they “escalating” this to the next tier. Still nothing activity! I have even emailed Kohl’s corporate investors detailing my situation and asked for a response. NOTHING!!! Kohls has lied to me throughout this whole process, it seems their attitude is to lie and promise and lie and promise and then hopefully you’ll get tired of the lies and just give up! It’s no longer about the credit, it’s the principle of the way kohl’s is handling this! The new brand of Kohl’s,, LIE!!!! No wonder stores are closing, customers won’t tolerate this...

You wanted to say thank you for a wonderful experience as we walked through Kohl's parking lot in Hamilton Ohio. We took these pictures that are in front of your store and it was just an amazing thing to see how good God is and how great of a Creator he is. Please remember that the Lord Jesus Christ loves you and he's there for you and if you would take the opportunity to pray to him and ask him to bring you more customers in the parking lot might not be empty but full. All things are in the Father's hands. So if you open up your heart to the Holy Spirit to the Lord Jesus and pray and ask him to open the doors of your company and give him the credit and the acknowledgment the king of glory would fill your parking lot with customers. Without the Lord Jesus Christ everything Burns and fades away. Because the Lord Jesus Christ can do all things. I am only posting this because this is the 2nd or 3rd time I've been in this store and it has totally disgusted me out. It is literally filthy and I'm scared to even set my purse on the floor for fear of bugs! There were clothes literally strewn everywhere. The dressing rooms were so full of clothes, they were on the floor, benches and hanging on all of the hooks. There was literally 100 pairs of jeans/pants folded up and sitting up against the dressing room wall. If I could have taken a picture of this inside the dressing room, I would post it! At the same time, there were clothes just dumped on any rack what so ever throughout the store, didn't matter the brand or designer, some even mixing mens with womens and childrens. Hanger size means nothing, too. You will have a small hanging on a large hanger and vice versa. Absolutely the worst Kohls in the Des Moines metro area. If I could give it a zero star rating, I would. The manager of this store...
