I have shopped this store weekly for about the past year .. today I return a romper WITH THE receipt! I am told that because there was no tag attached THAT only store credit can be given.. HOWEVER, I called the store before hand and asked about this issue explained that I have the receipt and clearly the romper was not worn. I am told “ NO WORRIES” “ I the store manager “ .. only to deal with the ignorance of debate once I’m there. DONE! It’s sad stores are hurting so bad for help that they clearly can’t get the correctly trained people to do the damn JOB!
