I stopped by about two weeks ago to grab some jewelry and I was taking a look around at the clothes to see if I could spot something I wanted. Normally I never do because the size options are so limited so this wasn't alarming. After I had got my jewelry, I asked who the owner was and for his card so I could give a suggestion. Who I think was the manager(I forgot to ask for her name and title but she has the pretty, big blue eyes, brown hair, and sweet, big personality) said he didn't have any but she could pass along my message. I let her know that I like to come by pitaya but I can never get any clothing because the sizes are limited to only 3 options. Or if I can find something that fits, it's often material like polyester which I don't like because it holds heat, moisture, odor, etc. and I wouldn't be willing to pay $30-50 for polyester as it's essentially plastic. She heard everything I had to say and gave me so much background as to why I was having the experience I was having and that she was working to get more sizes available but it was so difficult and she made so much sense as to why. I told her I appreciated her being so thoughtful (she mentioned that she understands certain fabrics might cause sensory issues for some people or might be the only option for people with certain body types, for example) and putting in so much effort to help the customers. She made my experience very nice and the lovely girls working with her that day also made my experience nice too. I hope the owner can start off with offering basics in more sizes as I love basics and would spend more money there and I'm sure smaller girls would too. I'll keep checking in just for fun anyways because I'll never know what I will find and the girls at the store are always very nice and very helpful every time I've gone in and I've been stopping in for...
Read moreI stopped by this store while visiting from Penn State and needed some shorts because of the heat. The girl working there was cold and standoffish from the start, but I ignored it. My cousin and I bought three items and went to the fitting room to change. After we checked out, the same girl who rang us up and opened the fitting room door had the nerve to stop me as I was walking out and accuse me of not paying for the shorts I had on. She verbatim in her accusatory tone said “did you pay for the shorts???” Seriously? She just printed my receipt, and now she’s acting like I’m stealing? It was humiliating, especially with other customers watching. And for the record, not like it mayhers but , I paid my an American Express card—why would I be stealing?
The clothes are ridiculously overpriced considering they’re all sourced internationally anyway, and there’s nothing good about this place. I’ll never be back. If my review gets removed, I’ll be posting again and again till this store offers a...
Read moreThe workers were super rude and you can tell they are clearly judging everyone who came in. We weren’t greeted when we walked in and they also made me feel like a inconvenience for wanting to try something on. Also had a bad attitude in the check out process and made me and the other lady feel unwelcome. I regret even buying something and giving this...
