This is an excellent local business! They helped us with a large order of custom polos, hoodies, caps, and beanies for our business (TK Home Design in South Lyon). Evan was so helpful throughout the entire process. He helped us with many different quotes as our order changed in number of items needed and was so informative about the different options we had with screenprinting and embroidery as well as placement of the logo, etc. He also prepared mock-ups for us in advance of the order and was able to find a perfect match in pantone color for our logo even though we did not have a pantone number available to provide. They sent us final images from their art department and waited for our final approval before starting to print the order, and they were able to make any changes we requested very quickly. They also were able to complete and deliver our order two days ahead of schedule at no additional cost so that we would be able to wear the items to a builder's show that we were participating in that week. We received a discount for being first-time customers, as well. The items themselves were also of great quality and turned out exactly as we had hoped. I couldn't be happier with Underground! We needed shirts for a family event so I called over and spoke with Evan who made the process unbelievably easy on me. As silly as it sounds, even though the shirts were just for a fun family get-together, I was feeling a bit stressed about trying to nail down numbers, sizing, colors and all that. The minute I got in touch with Underground the process became smooth sailing. Evan got a feel for our overall needs and then made sizing, color and fabric recommendations which helped me understand my options as well as what he thought might be the best fit for our needs. Underground has far and away exceeded my expectations and has been an amazing service for our organization. For the last two years, our group has set up an online UGPogo Cart to sell over 250 shirts. Danny and the crew gave great recommendations on how to best utilize the ordering system and make the shirts the most affordable for our members. The shirts are very high quality and look amazing! There was a very quick turnover and we were able to receive all of our shirts in a very timely manner.
