The food is pretty decent. The service, however, is absolutely horrific. I don't blame the staff, as they do their best, but the management and setup for the restaurant is terrible. Today there were 4-5 people working seating, taking orders, bringing food, etc. Instead of those 4-5 people each having 4 tables, they all just split up everything evenly. So the person who takes your order is different from who brings your food and appetizers. They forgot to bring us our soup and brought it with the first meal. Another major issue, is they do not bring out a whole tables food, but instead bring out food as it comes. I had a pretty simple order- chicken lo mein. A friend at my table got his food with our soup. I got my food about a half hour later after 2 of the 4 people at my table were done eating. I watched servers hand out my food to people who ordered after me because there is no organization system. I also watched them try to double deliver several meals. And even getting my food an hour after I ordered and when my table was done (only because I asked 3 servers where it was), never once did anyone apologize to me. THEN, we asked for our check and were ignored. We had to stand at the register to pay for our food, and the checkout process took another 15 minutes. My entire lunch experience was 90 minutes. Others had the same problem. A family that came in just after us still did not have food yet when we were leaving. Either fix your terrible system or abandon it and do food service like 99% of other restaurants and assign servers to stinking tables. It...

I'm a model and my new photographer has taken me here to refuel after every shoot. The food is so delicious! The only reason I gave you 3 stars instead of 5 was because the first time you did good (service was fast & friendly, order was correct, food was great).

However the last time I went my photographer kept trying to get a waiter's attention and she kept ignoring him or couldn't hear. She just rushed past him many times, I'm sure she heard. I ordered the Shoyu Ramen again and told them to leave out the egg again (I"m allergic) but this time there was still egg in in. I didn't want to be difficult and make them cook it all again so I just ate it. I'm lucky all it did was make me bloat, but I could have gotten very sick. I have major gastrointestinal issues that make me end up in the hospital alot. So not happy about that.

Also I ordered 1 for me to eat and 1 to go but as I got home I realized there was only 1 container in there and it was my left overs from what I already ate. So I was pretty peeved to say the least.

I hope the next time is better and more like the first.

The photos I attached are screenshots from my Instagram. I took out the egg and gave it to my photographer before I took this photo. But as you can see it all...

I have been a regular today they had two guys , i called in my order one took my order and I was insistent about my needs , no bean sprouts, hot broth all the trimmings. He was curt and not as friendly as the ladies who I have dealt with before. I go to pick up my Pho and of course there was bean sprouts and no cilantro, peppers, basil, lime or parsley. I had to ask again, the indian guy went to get it , I checked when he returned for the 3 rd time , now no basil. So I asked where’s the basil. The indian young man proceeded to tell me that they didn’t serve basil with Pho, It was only cilantro and lime. “Excuse me “that was like my 10th order and I always got basil, and at every restaurant that serve Pho basil is given. I was soo insulted. Then he went back to find the basil they never serve, came back with it and just put it on the table beside me and walked away.No apologies, did not put it in the bag , he might have given the impression I was a difficult customer but on the contrary I was just not given customer service by this rude young man. Wont be going back even though the Pho is good, it left a bad taste in my mouth to be lied and insulted over...

I simply love this place. It is like a hug. There is a wide range of asian food and all that I have had is very good. The pho and crispy fried tofu vermicelli are my favorites. But everything else looks great. The proprietress is a ray of sunshine and tells everyone that leaves 'have a nice day' when she is on the floor. The servers are all very capable. It can get busy, but I have never had to wait very long for my meal to arrive. There are probably a hundred feel good signs on the wall - that may seem over the top, but after you have spent time there, you will realize that they are all genuine sentiments and along with the pillows scattered about, make the place so cozy and welcoming.

This is hands down our favorite Pan Asian restaurant in town. They offer Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese food. We've eaten here twice so far and each time the food and service were beyond our expectations. You can expect very fresh ingredients and cooking that is beyond what you would expect from a restaurant like this. The owner is very friendly and personally greets us as well as thanks us on our way out. She even gave us free Korean shaved ice with red beans (pictured), which we've never had before and are now in love with! 😍

Lots of vegetarian options here and the food is delicious. We picked our old favorite: cold bibimbap with crispy fried tofu and it was perfect. The tofu was breaded and fried and lightly crispy - perfect. The rest of the dish was excellent too and the portion was in the large size from what I'm used to. Friendly atmosphere and great service. The music was funky and upbeat, a great fusion touch. If we lived nearby, we'd come back often to try all the other veggie options. Forgot to photo the food, but it was beautiful.
