I've only left one bad review ever and now this is the second one. There were 7 people in our party. I ordered a gluten-free pizza; once everyone else in our party had their food served to them, I was told they ran out of the gluten-free pizza crust. They offered me something made with a gluten-free wrap. I asked for the toppings that were going to be on my pizza to be put in the wrap and was told, "No problem." Several minutes later I was then told, "The cook said he can't do that." Everyone in our party was done eating so we asked for the bill. A regular pizza that was ordered was charged for the GF pizza price. When we asked for a price adjustment to be made, our bill came back with gratuity automatically added to it. We were told parties of 6 or more had auto-gratuity added on. We gave a cash tip and asked for the balance to be added to a credit card we gave with the bill. When that 3rd bill came back the total was even higher. Our bill went from $153. to $176. and then to $183. After looking it over we noticed each menu item along with the auto-gratuity had gone up in price. On our way out, the bartender asked how things were to which someone replied, "Not the best, we won't be back." He asked if there was anything he could do to make it right. We discussed what happened with him. He was kind and willing to discuss the matter. Then, a small, young girl came out from the back and in a very snarky tone said, "There's a 4% charge for using a card. It says it on the bottom of your receipt if you would look at it." We got the receipt out and showed her it was not on there. Her reply was, "That's normal everywhere even if it's not on the receipt." We inquired why the gratuity went up in price by paying the tip in cash. She stated, "prices are going up everywhere." "In the hour we were here?" we asked. She started raising her voice and accused us of not tipping our server. We reminded her we gave him a $30. cash tip. She said the menu stated auto-gratuity is added for parties of 6 or more. We asked to see a menu. When she brought one to us, it stated parties of 8 or more. She became irate and said, "Well what do you want me to do about it?" I stated we were offered that things would be made right and her response was, "I didn't say things would be made right." She forceably opened the till and gave us the $30. tip we left for our server. This little girl first accused us of not wanting to tip our server; which we already had done, only to take that same tip away from her employee. Common courtesy, decency, honesty, transparency, and respect are just a few of the things you will NOT find at this establishment. We...

The absolute worst dining experience in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My son and I stopped in after the spring game today. Now it was busy but there was open seating. It took 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were even present. Once acknowledged we then sat for 15 more minutes before taking our drink order. My son got his bottled root beer and I waited another 15 minutes before I got my fountain sprite. After our waitress took her break 15 minutes long we were able to order. We got the Sheron Moore which was jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chicken strips. The waitress let me know they just changed all the names around so I would need to be specific with my order. Now I literally came here as on several food shows it was pitched as Michigan greats hand picked these orders as their own. The appetizer was pathetic and nothing more than frozen food from a bag. I got the Reuben and my son who will eat anything under the son and never complains got the chicken parm pasta dish. We waited 45 minutes for the worst two meals we have ever had. I told the waitress how terrible the food was and she grabbed a manager. The manager walked up and said I heard you had a problem in the rudest way possible. She offered to comp my meal which was at this point not going to salvage the experience. We then got the bill and my meal was still on there even though the bill wasn’t itemized. I paid and we left after spending more time there than we did at the game. If I were the owner I would be absolutely ashamed of the staff and the...

Best part about this place is the decor. We had dropped our daughter off this weekend to start the summer bridge scholars and wanted to have lunch before we left and she had to go to the next event. Walked in there a few minutes from opening, absolutely NO ONE in there but us, thought we would have plenty of time to order and eat and go...NOPE. Waited 40 minutes, never got food, had to get it all to go so my daughter ended up eating on the run back to the dorm,we had to pull over to a gas station and sit and eat. When my husband complained about the wait we got told "well you came in when we opened so we probably weren't ready yet." Sorry, but you should be prepared to make food when you're open. Then there's the bill...talk about sticker shock. Be prepared have an extra 20% automatically added for a gratuity, which is in the fine print of the menu...we will...

Food might be promising but the service was sooo slow. No reason, not busy. Sunday afternoon 2:30pm took forever to put in order, get food, silverware, etc. Waitress was nice and friendly, so not sure if kitchen was the issue. Table behind us had all sorts of service mishaps, including one not getting his meal at all. Will not be going back any time soon. As for the food, falafel plate under apps was nice along with chicken lemon rice soup. Burger was decent. Charles Woodson ham nothing special...corned beef reuben was good. Portions not big at all.

As a Michigan fan, you have to come to this place. It's not as big as I had thought it would be but there are lots of great photos of Michigan celebs that have been there. The food was pretty good, although my wife wasn't fully thrilled with hers, which was the Stuffed Grape Leaves. I had the bacon bbq burger and my daughter had the chicken kabobs, both were very good. We visited in February so there wasn't a wait. I imagine this place is hopping on game day weekends.
