I went to this store to exchange some items that I bought online. I was told I could not exchange them because she could not find the order in the system. The older lady who seem to be the manager was very rude and seem like she didn't want to exchange the items. I drove an hour and a half to exchange the item and my wife stated that and she just ignored it. I will never be going back to this store. I will also be going to another store to see if they will take my exchange and I will update this review.
Update: just came back from exchanging items at the black dog store at the national harbor in MD. The lady was very nice and she even let me exchange an item she doesn't even carry anymore. After this experience I want to give the Annapolis store zero stars. Please do not go to this store. This store does not want to help anyone just want u to buy there stuff. Please avoid this store. Horrible customer service. Never will I got back to this store. I don't like to be in a store where they lie to customers because they are too lazy...
