Purchased flooring at the suggestion of the sales representative. We specifically asked about the flooring they were recommending, due to having pets. They assured us that the flooring was very durable. We were upsold from what we wanted, due to the sales representatives recommendation. 1 year later, the hard wood already had to be replaced. When i contacted Abbey, they told me that their sales representative would have never done that. At least back your product, and admit when a representative made an error.
