Ivory Rose Bridal Boutique — Local services in Appleton

My experience at Ivory Rose was AMAZING! Prior to my appointment I got to fill out a little survey which made me feel less anxious coming in because they were trying to get to know me and gage where I was in my dress shopping journey.

When I arrived they welcomed me in and made me feel at home from the very start. My consultant was Emilee and she was so sweet and very attentive. She sat with me and my sister and asked questions to dig into what I might be looking for and pin point things I liked about other dresses I had tried on at other shops already. After our little pow wow it was time to look at the dresses!

Every dress I tried on was so pretty! Each one that I put on, we took the time to pick out what details I liked best about them. After quite a few dresses Emilee and the owner Marissa, pulled a dress they thought had everything I was loving in each individual dress and saved it for last. Low and behold - I tried the dress they picked out for me - WOW.

With their expertise and ability to really listen to what I never knew I wanted - I found my dress. I cannot praise this boutique enough! Emilee and Marissa were so helpful and so sweet. My experience could not have gone any better from the second I walked in to the last toast of champagne my sister and I made after making my final decision.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered just over $126 order from them for my daughter's wedding rehearsal and I never received order. I sent email and they don't seem to care. I opened a complaint and because I have nothing to show because I never recieved product I have nothing to fight with other than showing I paid and saying I never received product. So I guess now I go to reviews and will continue to randomly so people are aware that they have the worst customer service and I never received my order or a refund. I will also go to BBB I guess because I don't want this to happen to anyone else. It is unethical. It is unfortunate because I have to do almost all my shopping and ordering because I have a son with special needs and it is extremely difficult to take him shopping. I guess this boutique won't be getting my future business. It is disappointing because I would rather support boutiques than Amazon but seems like this one doesn't have a customer first mentality. Had such an awesome experience here! Thank you so much Kim (and the rest of the gals) for all of your help in finding my perfect wedding dress! You were very patient with me when I was so undecided, but you also helped me make some necessary decisions when trying to narrow down my favorites! I really liked how the appointment was set up in 3 different rounds: 1st round- try on anything that you want in the store, 2nd round- the bridal assistants choose a few dresses for you to try on (which is actually really fun, because you may find something that initially didn’t catch your eye, but the assistants know all of the dresses available in the store, and they also have a feel of what style dress might accentuate your body shape/figure!), 3rd round- try on the favorites again (which really helps separate the favorites from the others, because they all start to blend together after you’ve tried so many dresses on!)
