Honestly if I could give no stars I would. Came here to get some jewelry pieces appraised. He was very rude upon arrival, we said hi introduced ourselves and he didn’t say anything. Just handed his card. Okay? Like it’s so hard to say hello and introduce yourself. Then we showed him the pieces and proceeds to throw them and just toss them around like nothing. Damn. Even if it doesn’t mean anything to you, doesn’t mean it means nothing to us. Honestly there is no reason to be so rude. The store owner Garen was so helpful I called serval.times to check gold prices and always give me actual daily prices. And when I was able to go in and sell my gold chain he gave me the best price per gram for my gold I am so thanks for his help .And he has beautiful jewellery that he designed him slef . . Way better place to sell ur gold than going to down town Los Angeles were u could be in danger of getting robbed coming of those shooed and most likely get paid less for ur gold . Again thanks to me.
