After three wonderful years as a patient at InFocus Optometry, I can't say enough about the incredible care Dr. Vivian Shih and Rosie provide. Walking into their office feels like visiting family – they remember you, they care about you, and they make every appointment feel personal and meaningful.

Dr. Shih has this amazing gift of making you feel like you're her only patient of the day. She never rushes, always takes time to listen to your concerns, and walks you through every step of your care together. Her thorough approach and genuine warmth make all the difference. And Rosie? She's the heart of the office – always greeting you with a smile and handling everything with such care and attention.

When InFocus recently joined the Mint Optometry family, I'll admit I was a little nervous about changes. But when my annual appointment got lost in the transition to their new system, Dr. Shih and Rosie handled it with such grace. They simply said, "Don't worry, we'll make sure you're taken care of," and that's exactly what they did – with the same thoughtful, unhurried care I've always received.

I love the fact that parking is very easy and plentiful. I also love how easy it is to schedule my appointments at times that are convenient to me. I also appreciate the fact that the office notifies me when I am due for my yearly examination.

Today I was greeted by Amy, who was very sweet and efficient at checking me in for my appointment and taking the preliminary measurements of my eyesight. I like that I was taken on time and didn’t have to wait. I also liked the way she cleaned the machine with Lysol type wipes before I used them. The office is bright and was well decorated for the holidays giving it a very pleasant atmosphere.

Dr. Wang is the most personable doctor I have ever had. She always takes time to chat with me and makes me feel she genuinely cares about both personal and professional topics that come up. She is always patient if I have to have her give me the selection choices additional times to determine which of the two eye charts are clearer to see. She clearly explains the results of her examinations. She even helped me decide which frames looked best with the shape of my face. I implicitly trust her and her staff with the complete care of my eyesight because I know they have my best...

I purchased my 3-year old son's prescription glasses here back in April. When my son went in for his follow-up with the ophthalmologist 4 months later, the doctor found out Infocus had filled both his lens incorrectly and the left Rx is way off. See photo. I was so upset that this happened to my son and he also complained of headaches while wearing these glasses. The glasses Rx is a medical prescription that is supposed to be filled exactly.

When I told Infocus, they ordered the new lens and told me that the doctor entered the numbers incorrectly into the system when they transposed from ophthalmology to optometry prescription. This is not a good excuse as this conversion is a standard and common procedure that they perform. They should implement checks into their process so this doesn't happen again. As compensation for their negligence, they remade both lens for free... even though both were done incorrectly!

Again, my son is only 3. I'm very concerned he wore the wrong Rx during a critical time of eye development. No matter what age, be careful getting your prescription glasses here. There are many other stores with proper checks and better...
