When I did, they refused to fix the watch or to provide me a refund saying that their 60 DAY WARRANTY did not cover water damage. I told them that makes sense for iPhones or other devices not meant for the water, but that was not covered during my consultation where I specially said I used the watch for swimming and they told me that it would not lose ANY OF ITS FUNCTION after repair as long as I let the glue cure for 24 hours. Now they are refusing to fix the watch or give me a warranty, which covers their work for 60 days. The manager who said his name was Joseph used profanity and threatened to call the police on me, a brown woman, when I requested a warranty that is covered by my repair. They offer a 60 day warranty. My watch was damaged by their repair without the damage being disclosed to me and they are committing fraud by refusing to refund the money I paid them less than a week ago. Unprofessional, misogynistic, possibly racist, and they do not stand by their work or treat customers with respect or even common courtesy. I hope my review can ensure no one else is scammed by them and will encourage customers to seek more reputable places for their repair needs. Read moreWill was very helpful and understanding. I brought in my IPhone 13 Pro Max for a back screen repair. Will was able to fix the phone the same day, took some time but he communicated. During the process of fixing the back screen the on button stopped working. He said that he will fix it for no charge.
I originally wrote this review when I finally picked up the phone after the button was fixed. One hour after I noticed the screen was starting to delaminate (which it wasn’t doing prior). So I went back to this location for the 5th time to have him fix this issue now that he created. Will took the phone to the back and attempted to fix it but instead made it worse. By this point I was fed up and he had no other options and was saying now “the phone is bent”. So he created 2 issues that I didn’t have prior to taking my phone here. I originally put 4 stars and after this I changed it to 1. I will not be coming back due to the fact that the worker did not know what he was doing.

Not sure if the phoneline has any issue but after two dial tones it automatically hangs up there should be a setup voicemail or call back the number that called. Not sure if calling people out on an experience for a review is the right thing to do to make a customer to come back to your business. Don't know how they screwed one of the USB port even worse condition when that was not the issue that I bought it in for: issue was fixing the hinge on screen the day of fixing and they either forgot to put back in the sensor that detects that the lid is closed from the original backing or did not plug something in now my computer does not go to hibernate or sleep and does not dim down when lid is shut now my computer is like a hot potato when taking out of bag or backpack.
