I was looking for some thinly sliced beef for shabu/hot pot and the local Asian grocery store selection was very, very sad looking. I quickly googled “shabu meat” and stumbled upon Wa Prime Meat Market.

There’s a huge selection of top quality meat here. I picked up about a pound each of Austrian wagyu brisket, prime chuck and prime brisket shabu meat.
