The Black Poodle Ink is hands down one of the best tattoo shops I’ve ever visited. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and creative. The artists are incredibly talented and take the time to really listen to what you want and even took the time to her about my tribute piece to my daughter. The studio itself is spotless and has a chill, comfortable vibe that instantly puts you at ease. You can tell the team truly cares about their craft and their clients — the professionalism, hygiene, and artistry are all top-tier.

Macey and Tess are fine line specialists. My lines were Clean and beautiful. Dani took care of new piercings pieces. I’ve received so many compliments already.

Ive been coming to Black Poodle Ink since they opened, and have known the owners before they opened their shop. Theyve always done fantastic work! A majority of my tattoos that i have have come from one artist at this location (ive allowed others to tattoo me as well in support of each artist). Axel always does such a remarkable job, and has even made a drawing idea of mine come to life! Megan has done my industrial piercing and she even did my mothers nose piercing on her birthday last month! Brad will always bring a smile to your face and has a gentle touch to his artistry, and Macey has been shown to throw beautiful pieces and line work as well! The atmosphere of the establishment is all fun and games even when it comes down to work. I went in to have my jewelry put back in after a long hiatus (I had to remove all metal for a medical thing) and Blayne totally hooked me up. All my holes were closing and they were so chill and clean and I’ve never seen such steady hands!

I had 11 piercings that were ignored for months and we got them all back in, including my industrial that I’ve had for 20 years. It would have sucked to lose it after all this time.

I also looked through Tess’ book while I was there and am totally going back for a tattoo! The whole place had an awesome welcoming vibe and it was just plain nice to be there. This is coming from an introvert that does not enjoy public outings. But it felt so comfortable that I look forward...
